Eric is the very first of our Canuck neighbors to the north to own a Pussy Cap and is modeling it here for us in front of the Rideau Canal near his home in Ottawa.
Appropriately enough, Eric's cap is made with three beautiful strands of Koigu, a Canadian Merino wool that's handpainted by Maie & Taiu Landra of Ontario, Canada.
The use of three strands of handpainted Koigu Merino is one of my signature styles for Pussy Caps and you can find several of them on the catalog pages in various beautiful color schemes.
Here's Jodi in one of my favorite Pussy Caps crocheted from a handspun, natural white angora that's almost otherworldy for how soft and beautiful it is.
To my eyes, Jodi is even more beautiful now than she was twenty years ago when we first started working together. Busy mom, gifted photographer and someone who is constantly seeking her own truths, Jodi has grown into her natural physical beauty with grace and quiet confidence.
This shot of Steve in his Pussy Cap is from a series of images we did in downtown Los Angeles. I brought the cap along as a prop but Steve looked so good in it and liked it so much that I let him give it a permanent home on his head. For what I put him through that day he totally earned it!
Anne above and Michelle to your left are showing off their custom Pussy Caps that Michelle's mom DeAnn gave them as gifts. DeAnn had already purchased several caps and wanted to give the girl's something special, so she had the girls tell me what they wanted and this is what I came up with.
Michelle's last name is Rowan and her cap is made completely of an alpaca/wool blend from the famous Rowan yarnmakers of England. When DeAnn ordered the caps the only specification she had was the Michelle's cap be entirely out of Rowan yarn. Michelle chose the colors - and look how amazingly they reflect the color of her beautiful eyes.

On a recent visit to New York I met up with my friend Neil and his Westie Molly for a walk in Central Park and snagged a couple of pictures of them by the lake. Neil has on his new Pussy Cap that's made from pure Peruvian baby alpaca.
While in New York my friend Russ took this picture of me in my cashmere Pussy Cap at Rockefeller Center. The tulips behind me say it's spring but this California boy was still freezing his butt off.
